court does not receive your request by your appearance date the court can deny

OPTION 1- Paying the Ticket.
You can mail payment to the address in front of this letter. Send in Money Order only. No Personal Checks
will be accepted. Select your plea by

OPTION 2- Requesting Driving Safety Course: To be eligible you must not have been cited
for 25 mph or more over the speed limit or have not completed a Driving Safety
Course under Chapter 543, Subchapter B. Texas Transportation Code for a traffic
violation or currently enrolled to take a course within the past 12 months
immediately preceding the date of this citation. You must mail in proof of a
Valid Texas Driver’s License, Proof of Automobile Insurance, copy of the
citation, and a written request for Defensive Driving. If you posses a Commercial Drivers License
per C.C.P. 45.051(f) and 45.0511(s) you cannot request Defensive Driving.

OPTION 3- Deferred Disposition. Send in request in writing, copy
